Okay, I finally have Skillet's latest album "Collide". I am impressed... It's loud and hard- It may be a little bit too hard for Skillet in my opinion in some places. I think how they have incorporated Strings in this album is beyond awesome. Such as the song "Collide" oh man... it rocks. Also the ballad of the album, "A Little More" is catchy, and probably could easily pass on mainstream radio. And of course, there is "Savior" which is probably my favorite song on the record-that song is easily becoming my favorite Skillet song! I personally think it's really good, but I still love "Alien Youth" alot more... it's something different and it sounds awesome though.

What do you guys think?

I absolutely LOVE 'Collide!' I have all of Skillet's albums, but nothing compares to this newest one!! I got it the day it came out and have been listening to it ever since. My onle complaint was that it isn't longer/doesn't have more songs. I've read interviews with the band, though, and I understand why it is shorter. It still is one of the best Christian albums ever, at least in my opinion!

Skillets album collide rocks! its currently the cd thats in my cd player at the moment. Good thing about it is I have alot of non-christian friends who listen to hard rock music etc and they didnt think you could get christian music in that format! They were well impressed when I let them listen to that cd.
