5. Mite/mote- A little bit. A small amount.
6. Airy- Any I don't have airy idea.
7. Fertle- Fertilizer. Yer gonna need some fertle to get that corn to grow.

Hillbilly's also tend to hold on to words and linguistic structure that was around hundreds of years ago. Using "hit" instead of "it". Placing an "a" in front of verbs ending in "ing". If you read Chaucer, you will see all of these.

He shot it down by claiming you lived close enough and were in his age range.

Then a few posts later said you were close but it would require overnight visits and with his working six days a week it wasn't happening. Translation: too far away.
Then said you were also ten years younger: translation you match *both* his earlier stipulations. You and William ftw.

It's true I am probably more than a 10 hour drive from him. It's also true that I am more than 10 years younger than him. He also stated there were other issues. But if you have your heart set on it, I won't stop you.

Ok, let me set the record straight. In the crush thread I stated that there were two ladies on here upon whom I would have a crush, if they were older and lived closer. You were trying to get me to reveal their names. You implied that the two ladies were Spaulding and Ireland. I stated that it couldn't be them since both Spaulding and Ireland lived within driving distance. I also stated that Ireland was within my age range so that discounted her...from being one of the two ladies about whom I originally mentioned. And technically speaking, Spaulding is also within my age range, since it isn't uncommon for men in my family to be interested in, and marry, women who are 15, 20, even 25 years younger than themselves.

I don't know if you remember me from last year, but I'm the guy who's uncle married a 21 year old lady when he was 68. Now, would I marry someone who is under, lets say 25 years old? Absolutely not. But that's only because my eldest niece is 25. And that's because I used to change her diapers and wash her when she was a baby. To me, everyone her age is a child even though they are legally adults.

Now, in Ireland's case, it isn't because she is too far away. As I said, it is because it would be next to impossible to take time off to go on a date. Distance isn't relevant. Right now, anyone more than a 90 minute drive would be stretching things because of the time constraint. However, it wont be long before even that isn't relevant, because I will be retired before I am 50 years old. Then, even someone on the other side of the US wont be a problem, or even in another country.

I will give you a clue however about one of the two ladies I mentioned. One of them doesn't live in the US. But, she, they, are still much too young for me and live too far away.

Of course I remember you. We usually wound up on the same side in the threads that turned into "debates". I was just poking fun at how you said she was too far away and mentioned her age after saying she wasn't one of the ones because she was close enough and within your age-range. Make sense?
