...what is a great way to stay "out of trouble" as a christian single?
That's a good question. Here are my recommendations:

1. Make sure you are into the Word daily; reading, studying, and memorizing.
2. Get involved in your church, don't just attend, find something you can do to contribute to some part of the ministry.
3. Hang out more, if you don't already, with Christians. This helps, but even other Christians can lead us astray.
4. Get with an older Christian from your church to be a mentor and to whom you can be accountable in everything.
5. Look upon women as either your sisters in Christ or as people for whom Christ died and need to know about that fact.
6. In whatever you do, in all that you do, do it for the glory of God.

If you are looking for stuff to do, some suggestions might be bowling, shooting pool, ice/roller skating, arcading. Another idea is to take up a hobby. I know this sounds dumb, like something a mother might say to a child, but really. I have joined a intermural volleyball league at my college, and committed myself to reading one new book a month, and am contemplating taking piano lessons; and doing these things keeps me entertained, gives me the chance to live as an example, and gives me reason to turn down going to the bar with my non-christian friends.

I don't know if this was what your question was referring to, but if it was, those are my suggestions (of course, added to all the suggestions above, I just didn't want to sound redundant by repeating all that so I added to it.)
