Thanks. That introduced me to a new place to look. Puff sleeves are fine and actually look very cute under their dresses.crazy8.com (part of gymboree but less expensive) has some t-shirts for boys although i didn't see black. There are some plain girl tshirts but with the 'puff' sleeves.
I was going to suggest LandsEnd also. LOVE the quality of their stuff for kids!!!
I understand the jacket frustration. It seems like so many of the clothing companies forgot that kids PLAY! Come one what kid can resist playing in the snow? We had the same struggle finding boots for our kids this winter that weren't all heels and slick on the bottom or would get ruined if they got wet.I have similar problems this year finding clothes for my daughter. It's so hard to find cute girls clothes at the moment, that are still little girly, not teenish (she's only 2, but she has gone up to size 3, she is 3 in June) and it's so unbelievable, there were some clothes that I thought looked cute on the rack, but then when I held them up next to her, they would have made her look like a rock star wannabe. Not really what I'm after. Also I can't find a nice Winter jacket for her, I want a nice waterproof "parka" jacket, not a suede thing with fluffy feather things hanging out of the neck and wrists. Sure it might look cute, but not on a little girl, who gets a bit grotty sometimes. Looks like she'll have to wear big brothers old jacket again this Winter.
