  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah. I only put up that pic just to vent. Mind you, that profile pic I have up now was also taken with my cell phone, and that was ok. I do think I need a decent camera though.

I've been nommed.
It is most uncomfortable.
You must endure the photographic evidence, in the name of learning that when putting on mosquito repellent cover all areas, even if you assume they cannot gain access to them.
Because they will.
And even two bites will become big red lumps of itching burning puss filled pain.


There are more.
But one mozzie bite is pretty much like the others.
Red and angrier than a badger in a bin.

This is one of my favorite pictures I've taken. This was after a HUGE thunderstorm rolled through East Tennessee on July 5th 2004. It stormed really bad for about an hour, then the storm clouds broke up leaving the sky looking like it was on fire. Was absolutely beautiful.

So my hair has been doing this wavy thing lately ^^^.

See?

It used to be stick straight, then I moved to Washington and it went curly. And then I came back and it was straight again. Now, since I've been growing it out, it's straight on top and wavy on the bottom. Weird, eh?

But I love how I don't have to do anything to my hair. I wash it, condition it. Brush it when it's wet, let it air dry. And it ends up looking like that.
