Neds - they are found throughout the UK, with many different names and their call is different from place to place, but they essentially have the same habitat. Their appearance remains the same throughout the year, and have a diet of buckie, tennents lager, cider, and fast food. Can be observed between the hours of 10 and 2am.

Oh one more thing, this morning we had a flood of phone calls from all my rellies in Scotland, more specific, Caithness, Thurso, wishing my family blessings because we had another little person added last night at 7:21pm.( She weighed in at a hefty 7lbs, 5 oz!)
By the sounds of it, they were already celebrating for us with a wee dram !! Even considering the slurred speech, I thought to myself how easily I could understand them, people from almost as far north as you can get in Scotland, as opposed to some friends I have in Glasgow, whom I have to ask to repeat themselves after every second word or so!
What's up with that? It is usually the other way around in most places in the world, isn't it?

Congratulations heather. um yeah i live in bridge of weir which is apparently posh. but i think it isnt. we have a local gang called bYt and their soo funny. they think they are neds but the getr their asses kicked alot har har ......... hmmm yeah. i beleive we have went off topic, about al of the scotland folk meeting up in the summer.

Hey, if you guys are still on for a get together, why don't you arrange for a trip to Iona off the island of Mull? You would have to make a day of it since it looks like at least three hours to and from Glasgow. I'd love to visit myself but I guess I'll just have to put up with living in Thessaloniki, Greece for the time being
