I'm hoping my friend won't mind sharing this here but I know that the more praying the better. Her words are in oragne. I will be praying for each and everyone here. I too know the cursed word cancer. My dad passed in 1984 w/lymphoma, all my uncles had some form of it, my mom is a SURVIVOR tho of breast cancer <2 masectomies> she's 75 but recently diagnosed w/alzheimers that is progressing fast. I also have dealt w/loved ones who've had colon cancer etc. They've came so far with chemo, radiation, treatments etc., tho so never, ever give up hope. Our hope and faith will sustain if we just remember, He will never leave us or forsake us AND He is STILL in the miracle working AND healing business!!

just talked to my friend Edie........she is in the hospital, getting ready to have her first chemo treatment in her skull. The cancer is in her web lining of her head, her liver and her left lymph node. She is scheduled to go home tomorrow, and spend the next two days @ her moms, and then home on her own.

Please say a prayer for her.........
UPDATING this thread:::::::

I got an email from a friend who says she is not doing well at all..........I plan on calling her today. Please just say a prayer. I don't want her to suffer but I would like for her cancer to be gone........and I know it's not about MY will and what I want...................But I don't want her to die.

My grandmother passed Jan. '95 of Breast Cancer. I know she is watching over all in need of prayer. Including the baby boy I used to sit who had leukemia; my aunt who found out 2 yrs ago that she had leukemia; and a friend I had who by the age of 17 had had three breast surgeries, the final surgery resulting in masectomy... God Bless all. He knows what he's doing. Even tho we don't understand or may not like it. (I know, I miss Grandma each and every day.)
