I recently discovered christian music as well.
Try Delirious (rock) and Third day (soft rock I guess). Or even Relient K (punk). I would also be interested in any other.
If you are familiar with nSoft's Shoutcast system, shoutcast.com, there are a bunch of music channels broadcasting Christian HipHop and rock.

there's a lot of rock bands in Christian music scence a few good slow rock, and a lil bit of R&B ..but that seems to vary.
