Not recently, but i certainly have.

Though actually i suppose it was not because i felt guilty that I cried, but because i had no guilt due to the death of Christ and that provoked a strong sense of unworthiness. In my view the only response to that is to take it to God in worship.

When it happens, I try to remember the words of St Isaac of Syria:

Tears during prayer are a sign from God that your repentance has been accepted.
