I think right now all can give 40 reps a day...

I and a few others have known about this *option* for some time...

It takes ADMIN help to do it, and especially right now in the transition they need to stay focused on the task at hand. I do believe if this *option* is over exercised it may be shut down, so if you are thinking about it, please think it through...
