I don't need a wake up, I need a go back to sleep!! I went to bed at 1:30, woke up at 3:45, and haven't been able to go back to sleep since!! And I am really tired, too!!

oh no, nothing like that. It's just too hot, and my tummy is a bit upset! I think I ate too much on my day off!!!

I ate too late last night and didn't sleep very well either. I wonder if it was the bleu cheese stuffed olives or the chocolate Oreo's and milk???

Skyr is an Icelandic food. Nothing like fermented shark or pickled rams "thingies" though. You can read more about it here or buy some here

Skyr is yummy!! Especially pear skyr (even though that's all I've tried). It's kinda like yoghurt but thicker.
