Questions about Repping Practices

So, I tend to rep indiscriminately. I start at the post below my most recent and work down until I put a new post, stating that I'm repping. Lately, however, I've noticed that certain people have never repped me back or simply appear not to be repping (me, at least). Is it not acceptable to make a list of such people and simply not rep them when I'm making my rounds? Should I state it so as to point out that the person's being greedy by receiving but refusing to give? Has anyone else noticed this kind of thing happening? What do you do about it?

We're all here for fun and repping, so why are some people greedy? Do they not like my personality since I've got a Democrat symbol after my avatar or a Star of David? Since I live in Israel? What do you think does it?

I have also noticed it. But I guess, I have nothing to do with them.
I don't care if they give me reps or not. Repping is actually not a game.
It's like your giving out reputation to the post who has gotten yoru attention.
But nowadays, people tend to make it as a game. We really want to avoid it since it's the start of something that is out of the control. People tend to be greedy in that sense or what.

And I know, it has nothing to do with your personality or living in Israel.

HMMM,this was started for friendship and fun but if things continue where we all begin complaining I have a feeling it may be taken away. Enjoy the threads where we talk and play games,I feel those are really what CF was meant for. I myself am staying a bit away from the repping threads for awhile.

I rep whoever I happen to see...it matters not to me if they rep me back or not. It has nothing to do what they look like, their place of employment, where they live, if they're tall, short, fat, thin...if they're green..purple; none of that matters to me.

However, if you have purple teeth w/pink polka dots on them, I refuse to rep you. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I rep the person above me in a rep the person above me threads. If the instructions are clear, I follow them. I try to pay attention to those with less rep than I have and rep them.

I do it because it is fun for me.

I do what the thread says and rep the person or two or three above me, some don't, I know I don't get repped all the time like I'm supposed to in the threads but I don't get mad or anything. Just helping someone along

Sorry for my griping. I really do like the repping feature and the fun that it gives. I guess I just get annoyed when people proudly proclaim "I've repped all on this page" when you've obviously got three or four posts in the general area of that proclamation that were completely overlooked. Makes me wonder about sincerity. I won't complain anymore. It's just annoying is all.

(((Jaihare))) I understand this totally!!! I think in time I've seen this once or twice but I love everyone on the rep threads,Ctay you always give and I know it's hard ..we cant rep every day and every single person because the smount we're given. Will try to always check my rep counter!

this doesnt happen with me ... repping used to be fun but I guess now its just a game but for me its not. I left long ago because I thought its getting to become a bit of a game and I needed some time away but then I came back and it still is a game to most people. I am not repping people I dont like, Id rather rep people who I like for example Ctay and you jaihare. I just dont get why some people dont rep people for certain reasons and what I think now is no one should do this

or..have big overgrown toenails with hair on'em??? or mayyyyyyyybeee..there is a rep cliche and we aren't in it. to that i say,rep with hugs and if they dont rep back then .....-------> leave them to their cliche.
i love to rep happy people,sick people,sad people,anyone that atleast seems in need too.
i like this thread because we are atleast discussing this!
