Never had a cig and don't plan to but...what's the difference? With pipe tobacco we have a lot of different styles, is it the same with cigs?
well i would not say that they are as different as cigars...

it used to be you could get cigarettes that were soaked in rum or flavored with cloves or vanilla but Mr.Obama pushed for a law that would make flavored cigarettes illegal, well any flavor besides Mentholated

now it is just full flavor, lights, different blends of tobacco...

I miss the clove cigarettes
the company that used to make them now does clove "tiny cigars" but it is not the same
I wonder if I can get Djarum Blacks up in Canada

It has been a busy few days around my place. Work was busy, the children keep me busy, but I thank God for all of it. I am blessed with a wonderful family who loves the Lord and is able to encourage me to put my hand to the Gospel plow and preserve. With the day almost complete I'm sitting down to try some Boneshaker IPA and maybe a pipe.

“The fellows are in my room now on the last Sunday night, smoking the cigars and eating the oranges which it has been the greatest delight I ever had to provide whenever possible. My idea of delight is a Princeton room full of fellows smoking. When I think what a wonderful aid tobacco is to friendship and Christian patience, I have sometimes regretted that I never began to smoke.” J. Gresham Machen

visiting some friends for memorial day

bringing a French rose wine and some Italian table wine my Dad made
French, or an old world style Californian, Rose wine has kinda become my "go to" wine
dry and a little more body then white wine, good for cooking or drinking

what is good Rose?
domestic, I would pick Boony Doon vinyards Vin Gris de Cigare
it is an old world style rose, meaning that it is not overly sweet or overly fruity, it almost has a hint of mineral flavor
I think it would be semi-dry wine

if you want a french rose, I would look for something from Côtes de Provence

I hate white zinfandel, for the life of me I can not see why it is so popular
