Irene, what beautiful and honest writing. You have a real gift, it's like you were able to put into words the desire many Christians have to go deeper in their relationship with Christ. Do you mind if I print it out and use it in my quiet times?

I also have something very exciting and encouraging to share with you all! I've been trying to save all my money for my mission trip to Africa next year. I went to church on Sunday night and was invited by some of the other youth to go out for dessert to a cafe after the service. I checked my wallet and saw that I had absolutely no money, but I decided I would come along for the fellowship. Later on when I got to the cafe, I felt a really strong urge to check my wallet again for some reason. To my delight I found a brand new note (bill) inside and I am positive it was not there before. It had no marks or folds like most other notes do. I hadn't told anyone that I didn't have any money on me and was just coming for the fellowship. I checked with my friend who came in the car with me if she had put any money in my wallet and she said no and that she didn't know I needed any. I believe God did it! We have had many wonderful supernatural things happening at church in the past month eg: healings, seeing angels and having angel feathers appear in the service and I believe this is another.

Yes print it out, and God is doing stuff like this in our church too. Infact, he is cancelling debts and my husband and I are finding petrol is going further and God is just showing up in such a big way.

Thank you! That's sooo awesome to hear as well, thanks for sharing. I love hearing about what God is doing in the lives of people .
One of my best friends has recently fallen away from the Lord and she told me not long ago that she wants nothing to do with God and christianity. Something that suprised me though, was after she told me this she said to me "if God ever does anything in your life, let me know". It was slightly sarcastic, because she feels like God doesn't answer prayers or care about people. Since then however, God keeps doing amazing things in my life and each time, I hear him speak through it and tell me to make sure I share it with my friend. God is good .

Ok I have to share what happened last night, it was amazing. So it was around 11:50pm last night...I couldn't go to sleep so I just decided to worship and praise God and just pray. Let me tell ya it was AMAZING. I had my hands lifted up and I noticed they started to get really hot, again. haha. This time though I barely even lifted my hands and I just felt so much heat, like never before that I've experieced...and it was like I felt "pressure" on my hands like someone "holding" or touching my hands. When I felt that I just looked up towards Glory and started praising God even more. It was such an awesome night/morning! It's hard to explain but that's as close as I can get in words. The Glory was just in my room last night and I can't get ENOUGH!!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!!
