Right. If the Jews were still God's chosen people after AD70, why did He allow the Holocaust in 1941 on them?
Its called punishment for rejecting Christ.
Maybe. But the Holocaust isn't prophecied in the Bible. The Jewish/Roman war was in the 1st century. That was the time of judgment for the Jews that rejected their Messiah. Its called punishment for rejecting Christ.
The "Jews" that settled back to Israel in 1948 were secular Zionists & atheists. After the holocaust, one of the largest acts of antisemitism, the Jews were given back their land.[/quote]
Their "land" was usurped from them bc they broke God's covenant. Muslims believe the same thing too, anyway- that God gave the same land to them.
Why did God allow the Dome on the rock to be there instead of a Jewish temple for 1500 years?
The answer is bc the land is "Mine" God said. And free will will allow whomever will defeat their enemy to be.
God terminated His theocratic relationship with Israel in AD70. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, male nor female distinctions in Christ.Just like the Gentiles in this world that Gods heart hurts for, he also hurts for his people..
That one I think we all agree on.God loves all of humanity and wants for everyone to come to Christ..
Actually not.But in a world that is deleting God from existence, God is about to do like Sodom and Gommorrah and make his appearance, bet on it..
Judgment was on the former "holy people" in AD70. God used apocalyptic language for shattering the former "holy people."
John 3:
14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but[b] have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

The Dome of the Rock was constructed in 684ad.
Jerusalem was a cave town before the Jews returned. The scattered antichrist muslim tribes inhabiting what would become Jerusalem and parts of Israel had no prosperity in the land.
Israel has only flourished as a nation since the return of the Jews.
I dont believe God doesnt have a plan of salvation for the Jews or anyone else for that matter..

oh ok almost 1400 years.
God's end time Plan was for ALL mankind's salvation. It was through & in His Son.
And if you are a Christian universalist- about "eternal life" for all no matter what their faith is- then I firmly disagree .

How dare you..
Im saying that even the Jews and those who arent in Christ are welcome to come to Christ.

Wow, don't be so upset about what you said in the 1st place:
That's kind of a half-baked statement anyway. Think about it.I dont believe God doesnt have a plan of salvation for the Jews or anyone else for that matter..

Christians have the issue with thinking they are the only one in Gods favor..
God wants every human to come to him, we know it wont happen, but God yearns for all humans to come to him through Christ.
If you argue that, or position yourself apart from that, then we simply share a different view..

Christians may just be the only ones who actually pray for & believe for & know about God's favor in Christ Jesus.
I'm not going to say that "God" the Father gives favor through anyone else but Christ either.
Sure there are "good" Jews & Muslims & Buddhists that believe in God.
But I believe there is "power" in the blood of Jesus.
That faith pleases God.

So what are we doing to bring those people to the faith?
I recruit every chance I get, And I pray for God to put people in my path that I might query their faith and enforce it with Christs teachings..
We can defame the Jews all day, but what does that say about us as Christians?

Hmm. I def agree with the sentiment...but i feel more for the Christians who might be saved, but are neutered @ 'in Christ.'

You need to read this and take it to heart.. You are essentially the first worker in this parable that started at the beginning of the day. (early adopter of Christ)
Here is wisdom.
Mat 20:1 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard. (Christ sent to the world)
Mat 20:2 And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.(Those who came to Christ first)
Mat 20:3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,
Mat 20:4 And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.
Mat 20:5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.
Mat 20:6 And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?
Mat 20:7 They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive. (Those who come later to Christ)
Mat 20:8 So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.
Mat 20:9 And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.
Mat 20:10 But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny.
Mat 20:11 And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,
Mat 20:12 Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.
Mat 20:13 But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?
Mat 20:14 Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.
Mat 20:15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?
Mat 20:16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
What does it matter to a Christian who comes into the fold, and at what time?
Listen to Jesus Christ.
The first to him will be last, and the last to him will be first..
Um, what? Muslims are not anti-Christ. "Those who refuse to follow Christ are doomed." in 'The Heifer,' (the first Sur'ah) i'm pretty sure...
1) "Many (these are "Christians") will be deceived." 2) Amen! I'd like to offer that Christ has many Names; it is said that one could not pronounce all of them in a lifetime. I'd like to offer a great spiritual Title for Christ, if i may? "Love your neighbor."1) Christians may just be the only ones who actually pray for & believe for & know about God's favor in Christ Jesus.
2) I'm not going to say that "God" the Father gives favor through anyone else but Christ either.

1) Whenever i see someone contemplating becoming a Christian--or possibly more importantly, following Christ--i tell 'em what Christ told 'em, "Count the cost." I try to make sure they understand "Every inch of skin will be flayed from you," too. Burns off the flakes?1) So what are we doing to bring those people to the faith?
2) I recruit every chance I get, And I pray for God to put people in my path that I might query their faith and enforce it with Christs teachings..
