  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have a interview Monday. I really need this job. Please pray that I get it. My husband was laid off and is on recall status, I have to get this job. Pray that I am not nervous at the interview. It's a management position and is pretty good money that we need badly. It just seems to good to be true. Please pray. Thank you.

Heh heh, hey yer lucky, I havn't even been getting interviews. I pray you get this Job no problem! If you don't however, try to be optamistic and have faith God will put you somewhere better. 'cause if you don't get this job, it's prolly cause God has other plans for you, so don't sweat it!

I had my interview. I have the job, but they have to do a credit check on me and my credit isn't all that great. There is something on my credit that shouldn't be there, I told the wonderful lady who interviewed me my fears about my credit and she said to wait and see how it looks. She spoke highly of me to the manager I will be working with. So that is the only thing that stands between me and a awesome job. Please pray it all works out... Aso thanks for the advice Remny, I'll take it.
