  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hey,
I just have some prayer points for the moment in me and some of my friends and familie's lives. So if you have a spare moment, I'd be really grateful.
Firstly, I have been notified that at school next year, a number of people from my year will be taken to Rwanda in Africa to learn about the genocide that happened there, and to help people who live there like orphans and widows. I really, really want to go and I feel it would be good experience, as well as being something I feel that God would want me to do. Thing is, it costs £1,350. However, I could probably save that up if I get a job. The main thing is getting round my parents. I know my mum won't like the idea of it. Thing is, I really feel called to go. Please pray that my mum will consider it and that I may be able to go.

Also, I have some huge exams coming up! They're my GCSEs and they're really important. Just pray that God will be with me during them and help me to do the best I can. I know I can't expect God to get me great results without me doing any studying, so I'm really working hard. Just pray for me and my friends as it's quite a stressful time!

But most of all.... Please pray for my parents and brother who aren't saved. It really hurts when I know that if one of them suddenly died... Well you get the idea!

I'll tell you what? if you get the trip ok'd by your family, I will help finance it...I am sincere, it is an incredible learning experience, but I do not want you to be put in danger. I will do some serious prayer for you, weekly. We all pray seriously, but what I mean I will print out your request and take it to my weekly prayer meeting. This is the leadership of conferences in Africa, which I am part of. We pray for people who are ministering in Africa. The need is so high and the people who are willing are so few. Just know that it’s not always easy but with the grace of God everything is possible


This is a great plan, and I believe its God working in people to make them aware of the needs of those people. They are desperately in need of God


Well, to tell you the truth, I would also be scary to send my daughters to this country, not that it’s dangerous but parents are like that. I believe where there is no way; God will create a way for you.

Through this letter I have seen some of your spirit and the anointing that rest upon you. Never hesitate to do Gods will, and you will see how you move from strength to strength
