  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i use to take them fishing while they still wore diapers, then helped coach their softball teams as they aged, they would crawl under the car while I was changing the oil and kim would flip, my babies arn't ganna be mechanics, lol

I have two funeral services to go to on Saturday, but I am still doing great. There will also be a service at work for Caryn on Friday morning for those who want to remember her at work.. staff, students, coworkers, administration, etc. Caryn will have another Christian service (her way)on Saturday morning.

It's so nice that you're close to them, there's nothing like it. I was very close to my parents. We have 1 son and are close. My husband wasn't at all close to his dad, but is very close to our son. I'm so glad, since he feels he really missed out with his own dad.
