I don`t know in english It`s a office that say no or yes about things when you are sick.Here in Norway they can be really hard

You are right. There are times when I sleep 8 hours and
feel bad when I get up....

Maybe.I feel it`s not correct when I see what the words mean.They can say yes if it a medicine are expensive or they can decide you can travel to for example Sweden to get better treatment etc
