Thanks for letting me know that, I'll be sure to tell him.PurpleBunny said:In fact, there is surgery now that could give him partial hearing, but I think he wants to wait until there are more reliable and complete treatments available.
Thanks! I wonder if it is still as big as a deal as it was back in about 1998-99. . .It was a HUGE deal then!theologia crucis said:Congrats, Bridget!
That's nothing. We are at 9 below 0 F with a wind chill at -20-25F. When Louisiana starts charting temps like this we'll talk.KagomeShuko said:My goodness, this dropped down far again!!! We're not being good at being pointless!
The tree is finally up and I actually got sleep last night! Yay! I'm sure I'll still have to take some naps before the service tonight.
Oh, yeah, and it is below freezing in south Louisiana!

About 15 mins away from leaving for work for the day and weekend. I hope that everyone has a Very Merry Christmas. We'll talk to you all next week.

Thanks, but no thanks! We got ours Wednesday and are finally going to be rid of it tomorrow! Soon we shall see 60s+ again. Praise be to God! LOLJim47 said:Here's a little winter for all Ya suthern folks
Aw now, you really don't know what Yer missing. I spent all yesterday just working on my old snow plow garden tractor so I could clear the drive. How much more fun could a guy have in one day? Well at least I had a semi-heated barn to work in. 40 degrees is semi-heated, right?Rechtgläubig said:Thanks, but no thanks! We got ours Wednesday and are finally going to be rid of it tomorrow! It was a great learning experience too, I learned that next time I need a garden tractor to buy one made in the same decade we are living instead of the decade I was made in.
I'm trying to figure out if it'll be warm in about two weeks or if it'll be cold. I think warmer would bring more people to the Lost And Found concert, though. I really hope and pray that a lot of people come! (We've not sold any tickets yet. .but I've not done those interviews, either, nor called the churches - plus, we didn't say we were NOT selling tickets at the door. . .)Rechtgläubig said:Thanks, but no thanks!
