Plain Sight

I remember when I was
younger everything was fine like wine
and I couldn't tell the difference
how so many things could seem
right if the world noticed what's in plain sight
didn't know that fire and cold
you live by, they exist to let you feel
both in the splendor of comfort of warmth and breeze of the wind in presence of timeless innocence of water
