  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

No, I haven't seen one, do you have a picture? Last time by the end I had a pillow wedged behind me, one in front of me, and one for my head. My husband was way at the edge of the bed. I would like to find something better, its so hard to sleep on my side for me... I am a stomach sleeper, which obviously doesn't work long.

I have to have a body pillow while pregnant. I hate sleeping on my side. Especailly all night, every night. I actually saw a pregnancy pillow at Target today in the baby section, if you have a Target anywhere near you. It was near the bedrails and baby monitors.

Oh! That first one is a nursing pillow, I have one of those... like a "boppy" ... I suppose I could try it.. I don't think I would like the wedge because I like the pillow to be between my breasts (sorry tmi) because they are so heavy and I want to go braless at bedtime as long as possible.

Haha that pillow has a funny story attached to it for me. I actually wanted that pillow for a while and my husband though he would be sweet and get it for me although he made a little "oops" in his timing. He decided to get it for me for our 2 year wedding anniversary lol. I wasn't very happy because just a couple days before I was having one of those "Lucy moments". Ya know the episode where she feels like Ricky, Fred, and Ethel are all focusing on the baby and not even paying her any attention? Well I had had a moment with his parents and was a little upset about that. So needless to say it wasn't good timing and I was expecting if he got me something it would be a little more romantic and for ME not for my pregnancy. It's funny now but it wasn't very funny then, I was a bit hormonal and sensitive which is unlike me most of the time.

So yeah we took the pillow back not just because of that but it was huge and very uncomfortable. I'm a small woman so I need a smaller pillow.

I've never used a maternity pillow, but later on in my first pregnancy I made a little nest of 4-5 regular pillows: one under my head, one or two behind my back (because when pregnant I have a tendency to end up laying on my back, but having the support makes side-laying more comfortable), one to support my top leg.
