My one aunts adoptive son, had a sickness and NONE of the doctors could help him, they said he was a hopeless case ( he had mental problems) and he went to a few doctors (im not braggin here but they arent exactly poor so you know they were quite good) and she thought that she was gonna take him to Lourdes, the doctors discouraged her because of the air pressure in the plane, but she took him anyway, she dunked him in the water 3 times, but im talking really submerged him...hes been in PERFECT mental health eversince, and the doctors are absolutely dumfounded!!Blessings Lg3

Cat, can you ask them to please pray for some dear friends of ours? They are infertile, and have begun the adoption process - my fervent prayer is for their child to find them soon.

Also, if they get a moment, I could use some prayers for patience. It's nowhere near as important as the intentions for our friends, though.

What an exciting trip you're going on, Cat. I wish I could go . Could you remember my son Sam in your intentions? He was born with heart valve irregularities. His aortic valve has 2 flaps instead of 3, and his mitral is somewhat small. He is healthy, thank God, but I always pray for a miraculous healing or at least that he will never need a valve replacement. Thank you so much for doing this for us. It really is so kind.

I go to Lourdes because I get so much out of it. The children are amazing and give back far more than we could ever hope to give them.Once you start going with this pilgrimage, it is hard to stop...
I'll add the intentions to the list and thanks for remembering us too. The kids we are taking are quite challenging this year in many respects! and we probably will need all the energy and support we can get!!

Just to let people know the prayer petition was delivered and placed at the Grotto by a lovely lady from my church called Val, who first went to Lourdes with our group over 30 odd years ago and who had travelled out for the fiftieth anniversary.
Here are a couple of pics, both of the shrine and our bouncy group having fun...
