FOLLOWERS Joseph.
I know one scientist bibliology, which opened more than a hundred possible circumstances and details, in which Joseph is the prototype of Jesus Christ. Yes, I am sure that Joseph is a type of Christ, I just believe he is the prototype of the balance of recent days - the people whom God erects today to show his church how to be saved from spiritual hunger! Let me introduce you to the followers of Joseph - a small balance of believers last time, completely dedicated to the Lord. They communicate with God daily. They are led by the Spirit in all the circumstances of their lives. And at the same time, they go through great trials and testing, to enter the place of revelation, wisdom and fruitfulness. God works in them, opening them to their truth and knowledge. And there comes a time when He will call them, as he called Joseph!
Currently, the Church of Jesus Christ becomes more worldly, sensual, vicious and cold. Our mission receives literally thousands of letters from pastors and clergy, who are concerned about the state of their churches. People complain that they do not hear incriminating, life-changing sermons. Pastors complain that very few want to hear the truth.
Of course, in America there are several strong churches - the performance of light, glory and holiness of God. Pastors of their burn, preaching holiness, and produces a powerful movement of God among the people.
But the majority of churches are experiencing widespread spiritual hunger: the poor sermon, dead students, "lovely" service, which is not supported by the saints walking. Laodicean blindness, poison, like a cloud, the eyes of many people, who once burned to the Lord.
Many of the true servant of God to get the blues. One pastor wrote recently: "Many of the God-fearing pastors fired or forced to leave their churches. I resigned my church on 31 December last year. My colleague, a church which was located ten miles from our own, also left his church. The third pastor, who was sixty miles away, was forced to resign. The fourth was dismissed from the church in October ....
In our area churches are growing not because of the acquisition of new converts, but mainly because of the movement of believers from the consumer mentality, running from church to church. This is a revolving door .... Please see how many now men of God with a broken heart, frustrated, discouraged, but still crying out: "Anyway, come, Lord Jesus!"
What is God's plan for the withdrawal of believers from such a derogation and hunger?
God has always worked in advance on every spiritual hunger in His Church. In every generation He cared about how to prepare the way for His people!
Seventy-five members of the house of Jacob would have died from hunger, spread throughout the land (and the promise made by God to Israel would be destroyed), if God had not foreseen all the much in advance. In fact, twenty years before the onset of famine, God has set in motion his plan to save His people from destruction.
He sent Joseph into Egypt! In the course of twenty years, God worked on this man-isolating him, test him, preparing him for the post of governor - because Joseph has to save the life of God's elect. He kept Joseph from the widely known, to prepare him for the coming time of chaos and death!
Beloved, just as God isolated Joseph. It is Joseph and today, which are hidden from the eyes of all people. They are in the crucible of testing, in prisons, suffering in the struggle against temptation. They die for this world, not wanting to own anything of his glory, honor, money or pleasure. And they have a growing desire to be closer to Christ - to know His voice and His heart.
You may not understand all the mysterious checks, tests and difficulties in your life. But if your heart is fully directed to the fact that to follow Jesus, you can relax, confident that God has for this purpose! He wants you to become Joseph!
There are three things that ought to pass through Joseph, to be tried and tested servant of the Lord. And you will experience the same thing, if you are the last days of Joseph:
1. Joseph responded to the call of the Holy Spirit to the holy, blameless life.
Spirit of God is always calling mankind to Himself - to holiness, purity of heart and separated from the world of life. Unfortunately, few respond, but in every generation God has a small balance, which respond to His call. They separate themselves, purify their lives and devote themselves entirely to Him.
Joseph responded to the call of God in a very early age. He had ten older brothers, who received the same call to renounce the world, to walk righteously and separate themselves from the filth. But they chose to remain in this world - and walking with God was with a half heart.
It was, at least two cases where all the sons of Jacob received a very clear call of God. The first case occurred in Shechem, where Jacob built an altar God of Israel. Jacob called his sons to the altar, so that they together with their knees before the Lord and follow Him with all my heart.
But Joseph's brothers, instead, turned to revenge and bloodshed. When the son of the prince of Shechem had defiled their sister Dinah, they attacked the town, burned it down, killed all the men and took captive women and children (Gen. 34). These ten brothers did not give fully to believe and serve God. No - their crime has made Jacob hated for Canaanites!
However, God called them once more, this time in Bethel. Jacob knew that his sons were tied to the idols, and rejected God's call to purity and righteousness. And he warned them:
".... throw strange gods that are among you, and clean, and change your garments will arise and go to Bethel, I will make there an altar unto God. " (Genesis 35:2-3).
Beloved, it was one of the most distinct appeal all of God's Word! The phrase "change your garments" in the Jewish language means to moral and spiritual purification of the mind and heart. Externally, the sons of Jacob asked: "And they gave unto Jacob all the strange gods which were in their hands, and earrings which were in their ears" (Art. 4). But their repentance was only superficial - they never had a true change of heart. They returned back to his rebellious lifestyle, filled with hatred, envy and hostility!
But with Joseph, there was something else: his confession was candid. He responded to the call of the Holy Spirit - and with seventeen years, he has completely betrayed yourself by following the Lord. And being in the middle of a vicious, evil environment, Joseph kept clean their hands and heart.
Jacob had other sons who were born from Bilhah and Zilpah, his servants and concubines. These sons were tending the family herd, and Joseph was sending to the fields to work with them. But soon he was grieved - because his brothers talked and lived like the Gentiles. His pure heart sighed from vice, which was in his own family.
"And Joseph brought evil report of them to their father" (Genesis 37:2). Joseph brought this burden in his heart to his father: "You would not believe the father, how they live. They speak against your and my God. They insulted him!"
Beloved, this is a sign of Joseph of our day: they are saddened by the sin! They left all the idols and love of Jesus - their hearts plameneyut in His holiness! They see the sin in the country, but most of all they are troubled about sin in the church. They looked in his soul: "Oh, Father, look what's happening among your children!"
If you are a Joseph of our days, you can not ignore sin. On the contrary, something prompts you to say: "Oh, my God, I can not stand what they are doing with your name!" You begin to pray - not against people but against the invasion of demonic forces in the Church of Jesus Christ!
Joseph's father loved him more than any other of his sons, and clothed him in a special garment that has provided him from among his brothers!
Does our heavenly Father a special arrangement of some of their children? Does not the Bible, that He has no respect of persons?
When it comes to eternal salvation, and His wonderful promises of the covenant, God applies to all equally. However, the Lord responds reciprocate those who wholeheartedly responded to his call. He shows his special affection for those who wholeheartedly gave him his life!
Job said: "The Life and mercy bestowed upon me ..." (Job 10:12). And David said: "For thou wilt bless the righteous, O Lord, a blessing, as a shield thou compass him." (Psalm 5:13). "According to Thy good pleasure, O Lord, thou hast confirmed my mountain." (Ps. 29:8). Scripture also tells us: "But Samuel more and more coming to age and in favor with God and people." (1Tsar. 2-26).
In fact, our heavenly Father puts special clothes of those who seek Him and give Him your heart in full: "The joy I will rejoice in the LORD, O my soul to my God for He clothed me in robes of salvation, the garment of truth clothed me. .. " (Is.61: 10).
Joseph responded to the call of the Spirit of God, renouncing all, and he received a special arrangement from his father. They gave him clothing that identified him. But this is a special favor in his father's cost him dearly! It was worth the loss of family relationship to Joseph and his brothers. It brought him to abdication, misunderstanding, ridicule: "... his brothers hated him ..." (Genesis 37:4).
Why did Joseph's brothers rebelled against him? The answer is in verse 11: "And his brethren envied him." When they saw the clothes worn by Joseph, they knew what she was talking about his father's favor, the righteousness of Joseph. And they hated him - because it reminded them of the appeal of the Spirit of God, which they rejected! Joseph was a reproach to a half-life!
You see, Joseph's brothers, coming together, engaged in petty gossip and selfish talk. Their hearts were filled dream of the estate, the land and their future. But the thought of Joseph were in another place. He spoke of the divine, the supernatural manifestations. God gave him dreams, which in those days were regarded as the voice of God.
So, Joseph wore different clothes - and that difference made him a hated his brothers. And beloved, the same will happen to you. If you tend to Jesus!
Indifferent Christians around you will want to talk about their cars, homes and jobs, but you'd better like to talk about eternal values, that God speaks to you. After a while you will reproach their half-They will be angry at you - because you embody the call of the Holy Spirit, which they rejected.

Indeed, the rest of these people feel contempt Joseph in its entirety. These people know how it hurts when they are called mentally unbalanced. Even the preachers speak against them, calling their separation from the world and devotion to Jesus "spiritual pride." They speak in their churches: "It went too far. God does not need such bigotry."
2. The biggest test of Joseph - was a test of the Word of God, the Word of Togo, whom he loved so much and who can both trust!
"I sent a man before them: in the slaves were sold to Joseph. Constricted fetters on his feet, the iron entered his soul, until he fulfilled his word, the Word of God has experienced it." (Psalm 104:17-19) Joseph was tested and tested in many ways - but his greatest challenge was the Word, which he got!
Let's look at all that Joseph suffered. Being just seventeen years old, he was stripped and thrown into the pit to die of hunger. His cold-blooded brothers laughed at his pleas for mercy. He was sold to merchants izmailtyanskim, taken with the caravan to the Egyptian slave market and then sold as an ordinary servant.
But the greatest challenge for Joseph was not a renunciation of his brothers, do not insult his dignity when he became a slave, or when he was cast into prison. No - Joseph was embarrassed and tested in the spirit of those clear words, which he had heard from God!
God revealed to Joseph through dreams that he would be given great power and he will use it for the glory of God. His brothers bow down to him, even the sun, moon and stars bow down to him! It will be a great liberator of many people.
I believe that none of these revelations was not for Joseph's test for selfishness. His heart was so devoted to God, that word, on the contrary, gave him the ability to humbly aware of his vocation. "O Lord, Thou hast set me on my arm, so I was a part of your eternal, great plan. Oh, my God, why have you chosen me?" Joseph suffered a blessing only from knowing that he will play an important role to God's will is done!
But all the circumstances in the life of Joseph were just opposite to what God gave him in his heart. He was a servant - he had to bow! How could he hold the Word of God, that day will come when he will release a lot of people, if he himself was a slave? He must have thought: "This is something that's not it. How could God send my way to prison?" He said that I will get a blessing. But he told me that that's all this happen to me! "
Ten years Joseph served loyally in the house of Potiphar - but in the end he was slandered and falsely accused. His victory over temptation by Potiphar's wife just brought him in jail. At such moments he must have pondered over the question: "Is it right I heard? Or is it my pride came up with these dreams?" Perhaps, my brothers were right, that I attach too much importance to this word? "Perhaps all that happens to me, is the only punishment for my, somewhat vain, wish ...?"
Beloved, there were moments when the Lord showed me that He has set for me, work, ministry fruitfulness - but my circumstances were totally opposed to that word. At such moments, I thought: "Oh, my God, it's probably not you say it should be, my flesh." I was experiencing the Word of God to me!
• I know a dear pastor, who tested the Word of God. He believes that the Bible says about healing - and yet, the last five years, he cares for his wife that is affected by a rare disease. He prays for the sick in his church - and then comes home to feed, clothe and bathe his wife. He believes that God can heal his wife, but it's getting worse every day!
I see manifested in this man's mercy and patience of Jesus Christ. He is one of the most loving and caring men of God, which I only ever met. Tenderness, which he shows to his wife, goes to his ministry in his church!
• One dear sister recently wrote that over a year ago, it was definitely decided to devote myself entirely to Jesus. God began to show in her Christ - and yet, very soon after she discovered that her husband was superintending indecent places. He stayed every night in bars and homes with a bad reputation.
This woman was forced to leave home and go to work to support their three children. The more devoted she became in reference to Christ, the more her husband turned away from God. She could not understand why, when she betrayed her heart to Christ, such a terrible tragedy occurred. But I sensed in her letter to the hardness and the divine force.
She also had a word! God gave her his promise - but its circumstances were just the opposite!
Even in the middle of each test and a hard place, God bless his Joseph!
Even at a time when Joseph was in Potiphar's house, he was blessed by God. Shortly after he was thrown into prison, he also had success. As God blessed him? This blessing was not about money or possessions, it was also his office. No - all the time, God bless the spirit of Joseph - speaking to his heart, giving him the dreams and interpretations!
That was what kept Joseph's on God's path. He believed that despite all its difficulties and different situations. God was with him. At Joseph's was not a minute without feeling the presence of the Lord - and this permanently abiding presence gave him peace.
I think that God must be very much like to show Joseph the end of history "whispered to him:" Do not worry, Joseph. Here's how it all ends ...." But he could not do it, because Joseph was still in school!
You see, Joseph did not know that one day he would be "the elders of his (Pharaoh) to teach wisdom" (Psalm 104:22). How could he teach the wisdom of God's great men of Egypt, if he had not studied it first himself? God's children learn the lessons of faith alone! We receive God's wisdom through the trials, sorrows, difficulties and verification. We do not beg for it - we get it out of life!
If you are the last days of Joseph, before God, then you learn to rely on Him in your trials. You learn to trust and do not complain - rest in Him completely. You may not understand all the mysterious ways that God leads you. In general, all around you may seem very contrary to the Word of God, once given to you.
But in all this you comprehend that Christ is your source. And God keeps you in school until the day. when he will call you!
3. The day when it all became clear to Joseph. God brought everything together - and every word and the promise was fulfilled to a single letter!
I believe that it happened in one of the darkest hours for Joseph when he was alone, rejected, suddenly heard the voice of one of the guards of Pharaoh: "Joseph!" Bring yourself in order - Pharaoh is calling you! "
At this point, must be the Spirit of God came mightily on Joseph. I think his heart flutter, excitement grew in him. He stood before, to finally understand why this all happened in his life!
When Joseph shaved and clipped his hair, he probably thought: "This is the beginning of what God has promised me. Now I know what I have heard it from him, no, not the devil drove all the circumstances, my life was not lived in vain. God ruled all all this time! "
A few minutes later, Joseph stood before Pharaoh, listening to his dream. He interpreted the dream of an impending famine, and said unto Pharaoh, that he should collect and store the grain across the country: "And now let Pharaoh husband's discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt." (Genesis 41:33).
Pharaoh looked around and turned to Joseph: "Thou shalt be the man, Joseph, I appoint you second ruler! But I throughout the whole kingdom will have more power than you You're going to look after all of this!"
How quickly things have changed! Within a fraction of an hour, Joseph had become a forgotten, unknown prisoner in the second power of man in Egypt. And when he was riding in a royal chariot through the streets, people. bowed to him - and suddenly he realized that his dream has come true!
I can imagine how Joseph was riding in a deep but joyful reflection. It must be remembered every painful moment of the last twenty years. He thought about all the tests and inspections - the abdication of his brothers to sell him into slavery.
But now, joy has come into his heart because everything fell into place! He said: "Now I see it! Hunger comes - and God wants to save my father and brothers. He was after me in front of them. This was His plan all this time!"
The day came when Joseph stood before his brethren, and could say: "Behold, ye thought evil against me but God meant it for good, to do what now is: to preserve many people alive." (Genesis 50:20)
"God sent me before you to keep you on the land and save your lives by a great deliverance. So, do not you that sent me here, but the God who made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and ruler over all the land of Egypt. " (Genesis 45:7-8).
Joseph said: "God was behind all this, every step along the way!" Every experience that the devil brought me - even the harm you cause I thought - God turned into good and made a part of His eternal plan! "
Dear believer, if you are a Joseph of our days, very soon you will understand your former fire tests. God will introduce you to a promise which He has given you - and suddenly all become meaningful. You will see that He will never leave you. He was to hold you this way - because he coached you, preparing you and taught you to trust Him in everything. He appointed a time when you use - and it is time to come!
Evangelicals last days in the majority will not stand in the pulpit - they will be in the meeting, not very well known, but used mightily!
There comes a time when there is a spiritual hunger, which the world has ever seen. People will starve spiritually everywhere. But all the broken and starving will be summoned one after another and they say: "Come with me - I know people executed by the Lord. They have been tested, carried out through the fire and filled with the Holy Spirit. They have the true word of liberation for you!"
Beloved, I see it happening now! I know some of Joseph by name, because I talked to them. They are able to give the Bread of Life to the starving - because they have the key to God's bins! They know the ways of the Lord, because they went through their trials and temptations with the hope of God. Something very powerful was opened in them - and the heart is fully convinced that God answers prayer!
How do you feel about God's actions in relation to you, which you do not understand? Are you sure that God acts in all of this, fulfilling his promise made to you? Can you say: "I have enough for now, I know that Jesus is with me, and He blesses my spirit"?
Stand in faith! Do not be afraid, because you are in the school of Christ. Everything is in His hands. Suddenly, the time would come when your battle is over and your victory will be apparent.
You exit the fire vessels in honor - to make His will, as Joseph!
