  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah, that would be a good idea... now the question is one of how Tendra would end up in a situation such that her activities could possibly look like they were in line with the Zantukites.

There would probably be a larger purpose behind Igo and Isliel's conniving, too, other than simply getting Tendra in trouble... maybe Isliel wants to instigate a massive witch hunt within Intelligence so they get so wrapped up with perceived internal threats that they lose sight of wha the Zantukites are up to. Or something to that effect, anyway.

Isliel would be the obvious choice, meaning afterwards, though Tendra would be convinced of Isliel's true intention, she would have nothing to back her words (hence leading to her being convicted of treason)


um........ witch hunt? excuse my thought, but it sounds a bit cliche?

'Witch hunt' in a figurative sense, yeah. You're right, it is a bit cliche, but... just throwing out ideas here. And sometimes there's a very good reason cliches get that way!

When I come up with stupid ideas like that, it's a sure sign I'm creatively spent.

guys, i'm soooo soooo sorry about this... but i can't keep up with CF RPG anymore. Since i haven't been posting a lot lately, I also feel there's no point in hoping that someday i'll find the time to post. With uni classes, work and my novel, I just don't have time for any other serious thinking matter. Please forgive my selfishness..
