Only one

Ok I came in at the wrong time.

*Theo gets more bamboo and builds another shower and puts a fence around it. *

There you go. Now there's a shower that everyone can use. I also dug a hole in back. There's no underground hot spring here, but you can fill it with water from the shower. You can have it hot or cold, whichever you want.

*Wolf comes in from the surf and Bev, CP, and Dawn stare at her face in shock.*

Hi guys, uh, oh no. My eyes have turned gold haven't they? It's that time of month again. Listen, no panicking people. (Welcome to the island Snowy! You're about to see adventuring in a mighty big way) I'm just gonna stay on the other side of the island until this phase passes in a couple of days. There are plenty of headhunters over there to keep me well fed. Hee hee.

*Everyone's eyes bug out further when Wolf smiles and they see her canine teeth have lengthened.*

*sigh* Guess I'd better be going. Thanks Dawn and Theo for letting us break in the hot tub! Sorry about the bubbles...we got a bit carried away. We should have stuck around to clean up the mess. Sorry...

'Catch' you all later! *Grins wickedly and disappears into the jungle*

That is sooooooo selfish! Dawnie and I have shared everything! And now we are left with a hole full of dirty shower water while you and Dawnie have the luxuries.And I worked my fingers to the bone slashing bamboo for you too as well as for the other huts! We have to use a community shower with the boy's! OO I am soooo angry! She shares! You don't!
Runs to the other side of the Island with Wolfie.

*runs back to hug Dawnie* You are not the Only One here now darling friend...here is half the diamonds and precious stones Here are some Mars Bars...an' ...here is your sea kelp I brought you back...this is real good stuff too!! Bye Bye Dawnie! Always remember I love you!

Bev sneaks back and crouches up a palm tree....silently watching...and hoping to see Theo...hears Dawn crying....sneaks in the window...*shhhhhhhh....it's O.K. I'm here *hugs Dawn*.... gonna teach Theo a few lessons that's all......*hugs Dawn and leaves through window to crouch silently in the tree*

*Wolf's turned back into a wolf for a few days and is padding around on the other side of the island, happily sniffing the ground when she crosses the fresh scent of cannibal headhunters. Not only that, but Theo's scent is underneath theirs.*

Oh no. Theo's been wandering too close to the nasty side of the island and now he's about to become dinner.

*Wolf heads off through the jungle, hoping to intersect the cannibals before they find Theo. She hears them softly moving up ahead and gets ready for action...*

Bev senses Wolfie is in danger. Silently, she climbs down the tree and runs in Wolfie's direction. Crouching in silence she hears leaves rustling. Peering through the jungle growth...she see's the headhunters on their prowl. Suddenly she springs in front of them.
*spin* *kick* *chop...chop* *does splits in the air*...*kicks three headhunters to the ground at once*....*spins in the air*...*chop-chop*....breaks their spears in halves*...
*kick* .... * chop-chop* .... *tosses one headhunter through the air*....*does scissors in the air again* ....*spins*....*chop-chop-chop* ....*whizzzzzzzz* she lands
in front of the last headhunter whose eyes gleam with terror at the sight before him.
White girls head never to be on stick...maybe his? ...*spins* hears his scream echo through the jungle...suddenly...he falls at Bev's feet and cries "jumpa jumpa"...headhunter words for "mercy...mercy" ...Bev hauls him up by the air...stares into his terrified eyes with one hand on hip. Not a bead of sweat on her brow. Her eyes narrow as she gazes into his terrified eyes. They converse. Bev addresses the headhunter cannibal.
"sprachen le deutch." she stands erect. The words are not a question as she gazes
with steely eyes at the last headhunting cannibal on the Island. He hears her speak and trembles.
"Parlez vou Francois." The words are a hiss and he notes her demanding tone.
He is silent. Glistening body trembling at this white woman in front of him. Unable to speak because of the pain of her holding his hair in that fashion his eyes begin to show utter terror.
"D'YA SPEAK BLUDDY AUSTRALIAN THEN?" His body convulses as she raises her voice to him.
"jumpa jumpa" he squeaks.
She throws his quivering body to the ground and places one foot on his chest.
"Well do ya speak flamin' English" The words are tossed at him. There is no friendliness... suddenly, his face breaks into what would could be described as a grin.
"English?...yes...me speak english...jumpa jumpa?"
"Good...I show you mercy if you leave my friends alone or else you get what they got hear me?" He nods a yes. Bev takes her foot off his chest.
" You're gonna show a little friendlines around here? I got friends here mate...hurt them and you answer to me. Hear me?"
He goes down on his knees and bows to Bev grasping her calves and sobbing. His pathetic idolatrous heathen life has been spared. But, he wouldn't trust this white dynamo one inch not to knock him off like she'd done to his mates.
She shakes him from her. "Leave me alone. You come with me" and like a faithful dog, he follows Bev to her friend Wolfie.
"Hey Wolfie! It's O.K. now! Come and meet...." she looked at the headhunter with eyes of steel..."what's your name."....he bowingly said "Ninkompoop"
"Well from now on...your name is Pooey right?" He nods yes.
"COME AND MEET POOEY WOLFIE!!!" He looked at this white woman...she could teach him much!

*Theo goes looking for everybody and eventualy finds them on the other side of the island.*

Dawn and I talked it over and we decided you guys can use our shower and hot tub. We got a fire going. Would you like to join us for smore?

The former headhunter continues to follow this white woman. His friends now still treading water across the vast ocean.
He watches her tread stealthily through the land he has known since birth. Surely this one has walked here before? No...he would've had her head on his hut...surprise attack.

He watches as she approaches a strange dog. His eyes widen in terror as he watches her run to the huge dog and hug it. He hears her voice.

"Hey Wolfie! Meet Pooey! He's a former headhunter!! I got 'em all! By this time they're all in America being converted!"

He stands trembling as the enormous furry dog with the red eyes sniffs him all over, his black body covered in sweat. He jumps as he see's a handsome white boy approach carrying a fish on a speat. The white woman runs to him.

"Enj!! Knew you'd be close by!!" He watches in amazement as she hugs the lad. What are these people!
The huge dog speaks....
"You got the headhunters huh? Good!" He trembles....has he been suddenly spirited from his planet to those things in the sky?
They talk. He listens to their English language. Dawn?? Theo??? Friends??? On the Island? Dirty shower water? BATH!!!! His eyes widen again in fear....but, he cannot leave this white woman who spared his legs a long , fast hike across the seas, and honoured him with the new name Pooey.
His legs feel like jelly as the wolf approaches him and puts up her paw for him to take. He takes it in case his head hangs around her neck, and attempts a smile. The white boy does the same. Hands are shaken. They are smiling. He is amongst friends.....

He joins them as they stealthily make their way in the opposite direction....and stares in wonder at the sight before him. White people everywhere!!! Huts!!!

He watched the Wolf and the boy Enj stride to their friends. But this white woman. HIS white woman...doesn't go. He follows her up a tree and watches as she gazes at a handsome white man. She turns and speaks to him.

"My name's Bev. Go and make me a blow pipe Pooey...that Theo is gonna be stung by some huge mozzies"..... he rushes to make a blowpipe and hands it to her and watches in amazement as she fills the blowpipe with small green harmless berries...and fires one at the man Theo's shining back.....

*Wolf is coming through the jungle in the middle of the night when she hears uproarious laughter coming from the direction of the gang's camp. Cocking her head to the side and pricking her ears, she silently stalks up to the campfire as Bev tells this outlandish story to the gang while roasting marshmallows.*

Hmm, that's not how I remembered it...
Here's the REAL story - I was trotting along the trail minding my own business when I pick up the scent of these headhunters following Theo. So, I head off after them to give them what for and suddenly I hear this wildcat snarl above my head. There's this ENORMOUS jaguar perched in the palm tree above me. She had her ears flattened to her skull and was hissing at me something terrible. I asked, "What's up with YOU?!" She said, "That's MY dinner you're after." I said, "Well, your dinner is about to turn my friend into their dinner. Come help me stop them and we can share the bounty."

So, this lovely jaguar leaps from tree to tree above their heads and lands in front of them, screaming to beat the band. They (there were 3 of them) turned and bolted back down the trail, and guess who was waiting? Yours truly. Jag pounced from behind and nabbed one and I leaped for the jugular of another, and we settled down to a tasty snack.

Meanwhile, the last headhunter goes charging off into the wilderness and runs smack into Bev, who was following me for who knows what reason, probably to get into trouble, knowing Bev, and they proceed to have a karate/kung fu/wrestling match on the jungle floor. Bev kicks the **** out of the poor savage, tames him, and hauls his sorry butt back to camp, where now he sits making eyes at her for all to see.

As for Theo, he just blithely went along his way, whistling as he collected more bamboo for the cottages, totally oblivious to the commotion going on in the jungle all because of him. Now, do we have the story straight or what?!

Jeepers - I told you guys I'd stay on the other side of the island but I heard these atrocious fibs from all the way across the jungle with my supersonic wolf ears and I just had to come and set it straight! Now, if you'll excuse me, Jag and I have some hunting to do.

*Dawn, Theo, Enjo, and Bev and her new pal hear a wildcat scream from behind them as Wolf disappears back into the night and grab each other in a big group hug.*

Sneakily watches everyone from a nearby bush...as I am about to put my big plan in action...*turns around to look behind me* *picks up the cage with 100 rabbits in it..and opens the cage door..while I shoo them towards the camp where everyone is*....*watches them scatter all over the place..then starts laughing...until..I hear ruslting behind me...turns aroudn and screams* AHHHHHH!!!!!...*blacks out*

*Wolf and Jag crash into the campsite after the rabbits, which in turn causes the rabbits to scatter in a frenzy and the people to scatter in a frenzy also*

YEAH!!! Come on Jag! We're havin bunny mcnuggets for our midnight snack. How many do you think you can eat at once?!
