Anyway, even with things hidden, as a staff member, I can still see them on the icons I've hidden. With swind, I see absolutely nothing but his name and his local time.

It's very strange. I've checked his profile on the backend of CF and I can't see any reason why his icons shouldn't be displayed. Even the most basic of items, like his post count, which there isn't even an option to hide, is not being shown.

Very odd. I'll have to have one of the technical powers that be check into what's going on.

What I was refering to was when I go to tools and then security, it had like different levels -I think mine is medium and also other things on there where there is a list of thing on tools of what is disabled and enabled. I have had to change things before, even type certain sites in. But right now MR PC MAN I cant even find any tools or view or anythings to get to it or what I need on this new IE 7 I cant find anything! is there another way to get to tools from My Computer on my desk top?

I'm not on IE7 at the moment, but if memory serves, the tools menu is now in the upper right corner on a button. You should be able to get to your internet options from there.

I know and I customized it. Ididnt need l all that because if was a duplicate of what was on my yahoo bar right beside it to the left. So today I turn it on and the yahoo bar its not there! nothing..no bar. so I only have the few things on the IE bar on the rt.

Ok now so I DID find it on MY COMPUTER but altho I keep customizing it on there, it still wont show. Is it maybe necessary to reboot ?

I think if you press the Alt key while you're in IE7, it will show the menus, and you should be able to get to the tools menu that way.

It showed up but disappeared when I clicked anything else til I changed to the menu bar on there. Now its Ok if it will just stay on there this time! I had it on there before. I'll have to make a note of that so I dont forget how to do it
