NYC's $15 minimum wage hasn't brought the restaurant apocalypse — it's helped them thrive

Thirty or forty years ago, apparently, the agency 'watching out' for consumers - or publishing "Consumer Reports" or some similar , (I'm not sure any more),
stated
that in 1980 +/- a few years
the minimum wage , for baggers at the grocery store included, and maybe waitresses,

if it had kept up with the P R O F I T S of the corporations/ companies/ nationwide,

instead of millions going to ceo's who ran the businesses,

the minimum wages for the lowest paid workers,

would be $25.xx per hour, WITHOUT PROBLEM.....

But,then, men/ corporations/ mankind/ society/ companies/ etc (secular and religious)

are G R E E D Y .....

and what happened? The wealthiest got wealthier,......
