This is very true, if they did in fact climb back onto the boat to gesture that they surrender. And not, to figure out how to protect their cargo....then killing unarmed men in the water, apart from being absolutely morally reprehensible, is murder. I've been trying to locate Trump DoD critics who have proof that the survivors were surrendering when the 2nd boat strike occurred and killed them.
