I battle my blood sugars too, I just recently got off insulin with all the walking I do. I preordered my book also and am eagerly awaiting it.
Either life (and CPH) is unfair, or you guys should be getting your shipping notice any minute now. I just got mine a few minutes ago, and I ordered just a couple of days ago.
Either that, or CPH figures it has a live one on the line, and wants to set the hook before this potential Lutheran convert gets away.
Maybe their shipping system gives priority to orders that have other items waiting. I ordered the BoC in the same order with this.
