  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Blessings are like 'virtual forum currency', and used if you want to purchase/feed CF virtual pets (Petz) , create a living avatar (user cp/edit avatar), or bless people as an act of kindness, welcome, holiday greeting, etc.

*They are NOT in any way related to spiritual blessings as we know them.

You can earn them from posting, from Jobs, as gifts from other members, and also from games in the Blessings Exchange (game and rep forum).

You can bless others by clicking the red heart/black cross icon under the user name
(or the BLESS button at the top right of a post below the member info).

*Note that YOU don't have a heart/cross because you cannot bless yourself

The Blessing function is also available while on a person's profile page under STATISTICS.

Your TRANSACTION LOG is located using either the CHECK or PURCHASE BUTTONS on your personal info section(top right of every CF page)

CHECK allows you to view blessings given and received, and to transfer some into savings so they can accrue interest weekly

PURCHASE allows you to bless others

If you receive blessings and want to reply via PM to the donor, you must COPY/PASTE their name in the recipient area of your PM after you hit REPLY.

Rep Info Reputations in the past were used to rate someone in a positive or negative manner.

Now it is a different program and is used just to send a quick note about a post, or to say hello etc
There is a forum with threads to get maxed out to the highest number (9,223,372,036,854,775,808) ....see the Repaholics Sub-forum
So the numbers bump up very quickly if you are repped by someone who is already maxed out.

Check your USER CP (link is on the top left of every page) to see the reps you have received or given
