I cheated again! I googled it. I would've never come up with that! I'm not familiar with the song. I 'm not going to post it and we can see if someone else can get it with those additional clues!Female singer--summer "away from school" song
Right again, Rich! I was actually thinking of the Righteous Brothers about Unchained Melody. I guess a lot of people have done it though.
Song is ~ Ferry Cross the Mercy. I didn't know the singer of it, however.
He's a Rebel by the Crystals. I knew the title of the song. googled the group.I figured that, but many have done it. For something different, do a search on youtube for Unchained Melody Vito.
Right song--done by Gerry and the Pacemakers.
See the way he walks down the street
Watch the way he shuffles his feet
Interesting trivia!Right answer--almost! Big lol. The song, He's A Rebel was The Crystals biggest hit; however, guess what--it is NOT them on the record! Great rock and roll trivia. Phil Spector found the song, and knew that it was perfect for the group; but they were completely across the country, and refused to rush back to record the song. Phil feared that someone else would grab the song and record it, so he had a studio group record it, but released it as done by the Crystals. The studio group was Darlene Love and the Blossoms (Phil later married Darlene!).
