If you have indeed given such a succinct answer as sonshine is requesting, then please do link us to it! Otherwise, your failure to make a simple declaration that sonshine has mentioned leads us to assume that you in fact do not believe Christ is fully God and fully man and thus you are arguing against the foundation of all of Christianity.

Do you agree with the following statement: Jesus Christ is full God AND fully man.

The problem is Scripture alone, here we have a very good demonstration without any oversight that one can delve into Heresy with the "just me and God attitude" which is not Biblical.

Yeah I remember an evangelical pastor friend of mine showing pitfalls such as that. The belief that there's a direct line by which God downloads all this esoteric knowledge to you is poppycock.

I used to believe that God hated me and other people and thus I created a doctrine of demons that locked me up in a pit where I could not feel the sweet loves of the everlasting rays of sunlight. nor could I intake the proper vitamin d since I was in a cave and so i became spiritually unhealthy. since then Jesus has come into the cave and taken me out and now that I see the light the Word of God shines clearly giving me the warm comfort of the Holy Spirit, the comfort of men is hell and demons and every unclean thing. but Jesus saved me from all evil, which chiefly I had found was inside of me and not outside of me. now I see that God has replaced the evil with Himself and I delight being a temple of God forever. I am married to God now, no longer forbidding marriage with YAH. now life is a wonderful honeymoon in paradise with my husband and I am compete and whole. I have no need of anything but to look into the eyes of my beloved and kiss him forever and to be embraced by him forever. and i know he will never let go and I have no desire to let go.

I found the correlation of Exo 15 and Revelation 15 rather intrigueing

Once saved always saved - Now there is no use doing anything for God!

Even in Pentecostal circles people will have gotten the Holy Ghost somewhere in a revival twenty years ago, and now they think they have arrived. They will declare... I have been saved, sanctified, Holy Ghost baptized! As if they have made it and nothing more is required of them.

So funny that one thinks that osas means being lazy. It means loving God and neighbor as we are commanded. For our works never add up to the Love of God through Christ Jesus our Lord. Salvation is in knowing the Father Son and Holy Spirit and loving others as Christ has loved us..

I briefly flirted with "OSAS" and the other elements of Calvinism, right after I "came out" of Word-Faith.

Now I hold to a more classical Arminian view: We complete our salvation the same way we began -- by grace through faith, not works. But there does remain the possibility that we can choose to abandon Christ, and if we do so, that decision is irreversible.

I didn't mean to make you feel singled out here either.

This is something I often fail to remind myself of- I often like being right- whether I am or not. Actually- everyone does. I'm past the point of truly thinking that anything I post on a message board- no matter how well intentioned- is going to influence the person/people who are actively disagreeing with me. Nothing we post is going to cause someone else to have an epiphany. If there are any epiphanies happening- then that's all God.

It's just that it was a bit much. Stating your points of disagreement- fine. I dunno- this thread could have been a lot better than it turned out had certain rules been established from the get go- however- it's a true disaster of a thread. Everyone is going to actively disagree with everyone else on just about any answer they put up.

I am sorry. I was wrong to think that Christians were to help each other, I should leave the forum since it seems that I caused such badness. All I cared about was her ending in hell for her heresy on other thread and here but I was wrong
