What is one thing about yourself you would like to change? My appearance: slimmer, thicker hair, taller...

What is Guilt? Regret of having done something contrary to what we hold as being right.

Is it helpful or harmful or neither and why? It depends how we react to it. If we use it as a spring to push us toward being resolute to do what is right, then it's helpful. If we use it as a shovel to dig a hole for us to hide in, then it's harmful.

What is your most favorite word? God

What is your least favorite word? The word most spoken of in R-rated movie with very strong language.
