  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My husband has accepted a job in Naples, Italy and we're expected to be there in late June.

Please pray for a few things for us:

1. That our passports & visas are issued quickly.
2. That our home sells quickly.
3. That we have peace in our hearts and home during this stressful time.

Such wonderful news! Italy is a beautiful place and I know with all my heart that God will go before you and make every path straight.

Regarding this situation cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you & know everything will work together for good.

I pray that every detail the Lord will take full control of. His timing is perfect.
That your Visas/Passport and all other documents are in order and safely reach you in time.
That your present home is sold with no fuss or struggle. For the Lord to provide a Buyer at the right time.And all other practical things will not be burdensome and you find strength in Him.
That you new home will be ready in Italy & all travel is taken care of and you reach your destination safely.
Finally much peace to all of you, and may your Husband settle in his new job quickly and your new life in Italy is one of many blessings and joy in Jesus.

I am delighted for you all. I for one, would love to experience the warm, italian sunshine and the beautiful countryside. But for now I'm in the countryside in England, which is good but not as warm!
