  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

OOps didn't mean to leave sawyer off the list.

Please say why, and if you voted for other say who.

Looking back I wuld have probably dropped jack and put Sawyer.
Just not enough choices.

Locke - a survivor, knows how to hunt and can make things. A good choce.
Jake - a doctor, with some good morals. A good choice.
Sawyer - does nothing for free, would dampen anyones mood. No way!
Charlie - a good heart, but he's an ex addict. His obessission with Claire is his new fix. No way!
Sayaid - a survivor, good with improvising. A good choice.
Kate - pretty, and willing to pull her share. A good choice.
Shannon - had a bad start, now getting into helping. So-so.
Claire - can't do much with her being pregnant. Bad choice.
Hurley - willing to help however he can, but is limited and cursed! So-so.
Sun - has some helpful knowledge with herbs. So-so.
Jin - knows how to fish, but tempermental. So-so.
Michael - helps, but wants things done his way. So-so.

So give me Kate, Jack, Sayaid, and Locke.

I notice the woman picking a couple guys and one woman.
The woman is someone to talk to, but more then one guy?

In my case Locke is older and does seem to have an interest in
the ladys. He is a good hunter and knowlegable in surviving. So his presence
would benefit and would not be in competition with us.

Kinda what I was thinking - Kate to talk to plus she and the guys all seem to know a lot more than I do about surviving out there! I'd be hoping they'd give me some pointers.
