Lost all character items.....all of 'em!

Wow, so I've had trouble off and on creating my dollie. So, I gave up for a while and just went with a regular AV. Anyway, tonight I decided to go in and see if I could give it a whirl since the site is under new owners. Anyway, I have NO items stored in my inventory!!! This is crazy, I had a very very very long list of items that I restacked up on during the switch. It took a looooong time to gather all those items and now it's all gone! What happened? Please help.

Thanks, someone on women's discussion pointed out that thread to me. Wow, I feel like I've had my head in the sand...lol I posted for a reimbursment on that thread. I guess this ticket can be closed.
