my nieghbors park on the walkways and on the wrong side of the road, facing traffic, and all over their property. they run an illegal garage... sale cars. have wild parties and let their tenagers vandal and run wild. they have fowl lanuage and don't care what anyone thinks. worst of all, we live on a dead end road and i feel like i'm in a cage.
