Have you tried Baked Lemon Pudding?
Cream 1/2 cup Sugar and 1 Tblspn Butter, add 2 Tblspn Flour, pinch Salt, juice and grated rind of 1 Lemon, 2 Egg yolks and beat. Stir in 1 cup of Milk and lastly fold in the stiffly beaten Egg Whites. Place in a greased ovenproof dish, and place in a pan full of hot water. Bake in the oven 350 F or 180 C for 3/4 hour.
It's delicious on a cold winter's day.
I've also got a really nice Lemon Meringue Pie recipe if you would like that.
I don't know if you have these recipes where you are from, as I live in New Zealand.

when i make lemon pie, i take some lemon pudding mix, make it, and mix it with whipped cream. then u put it in a graham cracker crust and freeze it. it is sooo good!
