  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

thankyou!

i went out for dinner with my family and my boyfriend the other night which was great - wonderful food and i got a sparkler and a plate with happy 18th in chocolate sauce on it in lieu of a cake and it was great.

tonight everyone is busy so we moved celebrating to last sunday

i'm just going to hang around, enjoy it, eat chocolate and do a maths assignment. fascinating!

what i do for fun: i sew, dance, read theology, learn languages (the lastest one i'm working on is new testament greek) and sail. and hang out with my boyfriend.

lol i feel old and i don't at the same time

my favourite movie at the moment is v for vendetta, but i tend to like weird unsettling movies so that follows that trend.

my name on here is my name in real life. it's kyrie-eleison, and means Lord have mercy in greek. my parents are weird.
