  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I started watching football this year and I like it a lot. I'm sad, though, because I have missed most of the last couple months of games since my bf came and we have been busy.

The hostess though really understood the guys and was marvellous. And her husband was obviously proud when I commented and thanked her...

Haha ..... Took a bit of getting used to as I stand when ladies enter the room .... up,dow,up,down,up...... it took some explaining...LOL

Yeah, I had been recording them so I could watch them after church, but we have been out of town almost every Sunday and there is no point in watching them after the day of.

I've learned what Susie likes (poor Susie isn't fussed with roses....sniff) and check them all out..... and I admit the price...... Haha ....... but when my angel is down some flowers help make her blossom...

He doesn't do flowers because he doesn't have a job right now, but he writes me little poems and lends me his books It is so nice to have someone that will just sit on a couch and read with me, or watch tv marathons, or play board games! I love that our relationship doesn't have to be physical.
