  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ah, so I left here last night, and am lost in this thread tonight as always.

It's bitter cold here in my home town, a super day to stay warm and post clever posts ... hmmm thinking ... thinking ... nah, all what comes to mind, is put another log into the fire (in our case turn up the thermostat) and enjoy being alive.

What do you guys do when it's -15 deg Celsius ( 5 deg Fahrenheit) ?

Hope all you folks up the north side of the US are staying warm...it is 3 degrees here with a real feel of -12...going to be -12 tonight with a real feel of -36...I can't get warm for anything at the moment...

I got The Walking Dead Season 2 PS3 game...Monster Madness PS3 game...Falling Skies PS3 game, Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 PS3 game, Lindt Truffles, drawing pens, few bucks...it was pretty decent...

The Falling Skies game isn't as bad as the reviewers say...it's alot like XCOM, which I have both of those...
The Sniper one, I have Sniper V2, man, that's a tripped out game...LOVE the xray bullet cam...you can watch your bullet go through their organs, their brain...WILD...

LOL, Jimmy, shorts and sleeveless, mercy But, I do have a harder time handling heat than cold. I love a window fan, the sound puts me to sleep.

I wish I could bring you all over here and keep you warm, it is summer, but, it is cold today, I am loving it.

I am in a warm shirt with a bathroom and warm fuzzy pants, have had warm food and warm drinks, have moved around a bit, and turned the heater up to 70, as well as turning the space heater in here all the way up, but I am still shivering...there is nothing more I can do.
