When I was 16 and wanted to do anything my parents didn't want me to do, I always did it anyway, and tried to make sure they didn't find out. But I just can't advise the OP to be sneaky. My advice is to try to reason with your parents -- though that doesn't seem to be working -- and if all else fails, just bide your time. You'll be 18 soon enough.
