I was never involved with astral projection myself, only lucid dreaming, and all lucid dreaming is controlling your dreams and learning how to wake up inside them. It is possible, I've done it many times, and I'm not sure if it's a sin or not. I don't do it anymore though.

I'd love to see the 5th dimension. I've read aliens lead people to astral travel. I'd say a prayer if you don't want to have sleep paralysis. Mine stopped.
IMO sleep paralysis and astral travelling are different
We're in the 3rd dimension (some may say 4th). I don't know alot about it, but I know evil stays in the lower dimensions. Aliens are in higher dimensions.
I believe aliens were here long before we were. I think fallen angels go to hell. And aliens/angels don't look alike. Someday the general public would know. But yeah I only know a fraction of aliens interceding on earth, they are here and other planets.
