Praise God I believe you are walking in divine health.

Yes our focus must be on the finished work -- that Christ bore our diseases. Everything else is secondary.

The only time I use oil on myself is when my wife gives me a massage. I also have Singer oil and motor oil, which I use on squeaky door hinges. *L

I have annointing oil at home -- got it from Israel -- smells really good. Has myrrh as one of the ingredients. And if I'm not wrong, God gave Moses the recipe for making annointing oil i.e. its not just any oil you use to annoint something or someone. But I use it to shine my shofar (ram's horn) and make it less stinky.

Andrew,

I used to blow a shofar in one of our congregations.

Had it for four years.

I baked it, bleached it, used 20-Mule team borax on it, boiled the mouthpiece, used Dreft, vinegar, carpet cleaner, and just about any other cleaning solution you can think of...

Never, and I mean, NEVER, got the smell out of that mouthpiece!

I can still taste it today.
