  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i touched a hot pan for a split second not too long ago, no big whoop but it was an ouchie for a quick moment . . . and a couple months ago i strained a hamstring which didn't allow me to run for about 3 weeks, that stunk but injuries happen, just gotta nurse 'em

Would you ever take a family vacation to Las Vegas? If your answer is No based on moral reasons then please answer this -- what do you think about all the Christians who raise families there now, should they move? Whaddya think?

Lol! Public libraries are always underrated anyway, so that could be their new motto..."You know you'd rather come here than Las Vegas." I bet people would be flocking to them.

Hmm, that's a good question. I guess I'd say apple pie.

Yep, I know four. Last year, I met a girl from Sweden named Kajsa and a girl from another cold place named Ingrid. This year, I met a girl from Taiwan named Ella and a girl from Norway named Lizbeth. They're foreign exchange students.
