I dunno. I've never gone to a KJV church, and I've always been baptist. There are particular sub-sets of the Baptist denomination that are KJV only, but I wouldn't say it's most baptists. If that's something you want to explore though, there's a thread about it where you can get lots of good information.Blazin4Christ said:as I told u earlier when u were visiting my church GDX the Baptists maily use KJV, though some choose not to

Don't let the categorizing and labeling of other people affect you.... The important thing is that you're a CHRISTIAN and a Child of God. What version of the bible you read or whether you subscribe to all the beliefs of Calvin, etc, is irrelevant! One of the fundamental beliefs of Baptists is independent thought... Read the Bible, discuss with your pastor, pray, and listen to what the Holy Spirit has to say to you about things.GundamX said:thank you all, I just have a question, what6s premillenial? I know so far i'm not a Calvinist, please don't forse this on me, and i'm KJV only, i'm Fundamental, so whats premillenial
KJV is used in independent baptist churches southern baptist churches use the NIV.SouthCoast said:I've never been to a "KJV-only" Baptist church. Most of the ones I go to now use NIV primarily and some NASB. KJV is rarely used.
