  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS- Right now I take 5 zumba classes a week, 2 on tues, and then one each on weds-fri. But I might start taking two on weds and one on sat. But I havent decided yet.

IJWTS - That I am. I love it, is all like sassy latin dancing. Lots of booty shaking and hip twisting. Its great cardio.

I am not sure if it is Expression Web (it did replace Frontpage, but Expression Web 2 is already out), or if it is the book that I am using that gives you the basics to EW. I finally gave up!

IJWTS-i slept all day because i was sick. got sick 2x, and slept the entire day away. all the way till 10:30pm. do i feel any better? yes and no. i feel exhausted. i don't know if mcdonals for breakfast or the corn puffs i ate either made me sick or caused food poisoning, or what in the world is going on. after i hit quick reply, i'm eating my soup, drink some more water and fruit juice and i am done with corn puffs and mcdonalds for a long time. yes, i am whining.
