I noticed that Trimm is again seeking donations for another publication. I just received another email from a disgruntled "donor".

"I thought you may like to know that I have placed a complaint with the Texas Attorney general office. Last June I ordered some teaching tapes from Trimm that a few of us had clubbed together for. We were required to give an 'appreciation gift' of $60 and pay $15 postage. They have never arrived, nearly all emails have been ignored and requests for refunds have been ignored too. A friend ordered a book from him which never arrived, her request for a refund was turned down on the basis that it was a 'donation'."

This is a reoccurring complaint that I have been receiving emails about. I personally find it sad that this man can solicit "donations" in this manner and not follow through with the product offered. Where is the accountability? Personally, I feel that those robbed are better off than having received the product, but better still would be to have never fallen into the trap at all.

Now, as far as Trimm's night on Paltalk with the "Messiah Truth" people... I haven't seen anything yet. A single Rebbe there has claimed that Trimm does not have a very profound level of hebraic knowledge, but I have not seen any quotes to verify these claims. In fact, this Rebbe goes in cirlces when describing Trimm's paltalk visit. First he says that Trimm has no working knowledge of Hebrew, then he says that Trimm does in fact support his claims with numerous citations, etc etc etc... The Rebbe does not clearly state what happened that night in Paltalk, and he did not present the text either.

My meeting with him was a seprate issue. His incident with Dr. Yosef in the Messianic Q n A room was more of a challenge by MT to the Mezzies. I just happened to be introduced to him in a Israel chat- a mutal friend introduced us and mentioned his education.

Only later did I really find out what he was all about and the reputation he has earned around the world. To be honest, he isn't really on my radar unlike some others.

By the rules of this forum I am considered a full member. And as far as blood tests? Some don't wear them on their sleeves.

I may not know what runs through my veins as of yet but I do know whose blood I am covered under.

I saw nothing wrong with that thread. It was an honest discussion of using the cross as a symbol, no rules were violated. If you think a rule is violated, feel free to report the post in question.

Bloodlines are not a question in Messianic Judaism section... go see the newly added to FAQ.

and btw, discussing a symbol used is not deginerate to a particluar group. And the way I interpreted the rules, one may not demean another christian group in that particular section.... but can only speak against it within the IDD forums. However, in the protestant forum, for example, Catholics will take offense to things said there... it's just the nature of denominations.
