I was just posting in another thread and it was like a flash of Lightning.
I realized that Our God is too big for us to really contemplate.

We try to put Him in a small little box.

I realized our God is so Great and so Big that He can embrace every single flavor of Christianity.

We try to limit Him.

I remember as a little girl hearing, "God created us in His Image and ever since then we have been trying to create Him in our image."

HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!!!!!

Our God is SO GREAT sister! Amen..I can testify of his absolute greatness and FAITHFULNESS in my life. Yes, How Great is Our God.....You are right, he is so not limited. WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE..People say that, quote it and still don't get it..WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

I couldn't agree more. So many read the Bible and want a duplicate experience of what has happened to someone else, totally missing the point of all those stories. God doesn't have to duplicate someone else's experiences for you, He has unique experiences for you alone - created especially for you - because He made you unique.

Oh let Him have His way with you!

He is unlimited in His love and creative ability.

When we get to Heaven we will have so much time to hear of all the stories of how different religions tried to put God in their own little boxes - He is either amused or shaking His head at how we worship - but stands with open arms just to know we worship.

In the big scheme of things - it is so unimportant that we wear lipstick, wear slacks, cut our hair, cover or don't cover our hair, dance, have a glass of wine, play games, watch TV, go to movies, wear jewerly, etc, etc - how unimpotant these trivial things are when people are losing their souls.

People come to church to worship or to be saved and receive treatment that turns them off because they don't dress or act like they think they should - when looking through a glass dimely - how unimportant is all this.

If we could just teach people to fall into the open arms of Jesus and forget all the trivial things that make serving God so hard. Hurts my heart to see such trivial things made into objects that keep us away from a loving Hand of God.

I'd like to set down and talk to you for a few thousand Heaven years about how Good, and how Wonderful, and how Mighty, and how Faithful, and how Long-suffering, and how Powerful the Jesus that we are gazing at--truly is!!!!

Our God is so great and awesome! His ways are beyond our knowledge. We can learn more about His greatness each day, as He reveals more and more of Himself to us. His Word is truly living and relevant for today and shows a glimpse of His awesomeness.

I can't stand it when people say that Christian contemporary music is shallow and can't hold a candle to the old hymms. Yes some of the old hymms are great, but so is some of todays music!

How great is our God? He's the greatest of the great!!!

We don't even realize how great He is!!
The depth of God's love is immeasurable!
When I think of how much I love my kids...and to know that God loves us even
more than that! How awesome!!

We don't have words to truly describe how great God is.
How humbling is that!
Yet, He Is and we are His. WE ARE HIS!
The One who is undescribable is in us and with us ALWAYS, FOREVER!

How great is our God!!!
